Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Application Developer to take ownership of feature development for an existing cross-platform mobile application available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. This application plays a critical role in commissioning devices and enabling real-time interaction with field devices, sensors, and control systems within a smart building and IoT ecosystem. In this role, you will own the mobile experience end-to-end and work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and firmware developers to deliver new features, optimize performance, and enhance overall user experience. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy new features for an existing Flutter-based mobile application. Maintain and enhance application performance, usability, and reliability across iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver intuitive user experiences. Integrate mobile applications with IoT devices and backend services using secure and efficient communication protocols. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs across multiple device types and operating system versions. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions. Ensure mobile releases meet quality, compliance, and performance standards on both platforms. Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. Strong understanding of iOS and Android development environments, app store submission processes, and platform-specific constraints. Experience integrating REST APIs, working with JSON, and using version control tools such as Git. Solid UI/UX sensibility with the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Preferred Experience
Familiarity with IoT communication protocols and applications.
