As the Analytics and Process Lead, RGM, you'll be the go-to expert for all pricing activities at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages. You'll drive pricing strategy, oversee process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our pricing is competitive, profitable, and aligned with business goals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into data, streamlining processes, and making a real impact on the bottom line. Responsibilities
Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of pricing strategies and processes across ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal data to recommend pricing adjustments and opportunities. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure pricing decisions support business objectives and customer needs. Manage pricing tools and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing workflows. Provide training and guidance to team members on pricing policies and best practices. Monitor pricing performance and report on key metrics to leadership. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all pricing activities. Qualifications
Position Requirements: EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in pricing, business process improvement, or related roles (beverage or consumer goods industry experience a plus). Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing software/tools. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Pittsburgh Based. In Office 3 days per week.
