The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting Doodie Calls' sanitation services. This role focuses on expanding our footprint in construction, events, disaster relief, and long-term rental markets while ensuring excellent customer service. Job Classification: Full-time, salary-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Location: Arlington, TX Workstyle: Split time spent in the field and in designated office location researching/gathering leads to pursue Travel: Some Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 + potential for additional commission Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify new market opportunities within construction sites, events, festivals, disaster relief, and long-term rentals. Generate and respond to RFPs, quotes, and proposals. Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software and provide regular forecasts to leadership. Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote services. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Requirements: 13 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or service-based industries. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to connect with decision-makers at all levels. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to travel within assigned territory and occasionally attend trade shows/events. TWIC card preferred.
