Zone IT Solutions is on the lookout for a talented IT Desktop Support Engineer. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential desktop support by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software within a corporate setting. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering a seamless IT experience for all end users. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive desktop support to enhance user experiences. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory. Utilize remote support tools and ticketing systems effectively. Ensure proper functioning of networking setups, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Collaborate with other IT team members to foster a collaborative support environment. Provide exceptional customer service and exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Skilled in hardware setup, troubleshooting, and repairs. Proficient in Active Directory and mobile device management. Familiarity with networking concepts. Previous experience with remote support tools and service management ticketing systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
