Currently we are looking to add a certified gas technician with experience in service, maintenance, residential and commercial installation.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Overview (Sheet metal worker)

Overview
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal components for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and repairing existing HVAC systems, as well as collaborating with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for this position. You should be comfortable working in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Additionally, you must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies is also important. Experience (HVAC TECH)

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Valid certification or license in HVAC is a must.
• Gas license G1, G2, G3 Air conditioning & refrigeration license preferred.
• Gas licensed for 2 years + experience preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Effective knowledge in HVAC systems
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethics with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills

Experience (Sheet metal worker)

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine layout requirements.
• Cut, shape and fit sheet metal into ductwork using hand and power tools.
• Install ductwork and associated equipment according to specifications and building codes.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects.
• Measures, cuts, and welds pieces together according to specifications, blueprints, or directions. Connects pieces or secures seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or using steel screws. Perform assigned work on assembly lines such as punching holes for screws or bending gutters.
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position Ex. occasional lifting of 50 lbs. up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, working at heights, working inside and outside in all types of weather within environments that can be dusty and/or slippery.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Measure and cut sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components.
• Install HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
• Perform quality control checks on completed work.
