Meeting daily productivity and quality targets is key to success in this role. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods, bending, and performing frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to safety is essential; you must adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, including the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. While previous picking and packing experience is a plus, we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order contents against packing slips.
- Stage orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
