We are seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team at our facility in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is pivotal to the efficient operation of our distribution network, involving a range of tasks to manage the flow of goods. Responsibilities include receiving and unloading products, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses strong attention to detail, and can work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves frequent movement, bending, and Lifting of goods. Adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount to ensuring a secure and productive workplace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and data entry.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and use appropriate PPE as required.
- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Assist with shipping and loading operations to support logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
