Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanning equipment.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all Safety guidelines.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for the role.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics is helpful. A commitment to Safety and following instructions precisely is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
