Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented and efficient individual looking for a rewarding career in Madison, Wisconsin? We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate to play a key role in our e-commerce logistics operations. You will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders from receipt to shipment. This involves picking items from our inventory, ensuring order accuracy, and preparing them for dispatch. This position demands precision, speed, and a strong commitment to safety within a dynamic warehouse setting. You'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences through efficient fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming orders accurately.
  • Pick products from inventory using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label shipments correctly for domestic and international delivery.
  • Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to lifting guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics role is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret order documents and product information.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be committed to following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
