We are looking for highly motivated individuals to support our e-commerce logistics efforts. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their products promptly and correctly. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will utilize technology to manage order flow and maintain high levels of productivity. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping materials.
- Verify order details against products to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capability for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Awareness of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
This role demands physical agility and a commitment to safety, including proper lifting techniques and mandatory use of PPE. Your role is fundamental to our logistics operations and customer experience.
