We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires physical capability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to accuracy and speed, ensuring our clients receive their goods in excellent condition and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against orders.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Assist in preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets within the logistics framework.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all procedures.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
