Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Operate packing equipment as needed.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all company policies, with a strong emphasis on Safety and the use of PPE.
- Meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to team goals.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items.
- Support overall logistics operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing tasks involving regular Lifting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
