Join our dedicated team as a Picker/Packer in Colorado Springs, Colorado! We are seeking individuals with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy to support our extensive logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and then carefully packaging these items for shipment. Efficiency and precision are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of goods. Your adherence to Safety guidelines and proper use of equipment will be critical. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order slips or electronic devices.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack picked items securely and appropriately for shipping, selecting suitable packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring easy access to materials.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet established productivity standards for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as directed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Perform manual Lifting tasks as required, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual Lifting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to Safety and following all workplace instructions.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
