We are looking for a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics processes. This is a hands-on position where you'll directly impact our order fulfillment success.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Meet daily productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Perform occasional Lifting tasks, up to 30 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
