Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely as needed.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and securement of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety procedures.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on logistics efficiency and safety.
- Utilize and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
