Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Phoenix, Arizona! This role is a key component of our e-commerce logistics , responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed from order placement to shipment. You will be involved in picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires speed, accuracy, and physical stamina, including regular lifting . A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, and you must consistently use the required PPE . The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Meet or exceed daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting , up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent lifting for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics .
- Dedication to maintaining a high standard of workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
