Über
Build and maintain dashboards in AKASAs current BI tool (SuperSet), demonstrating thoughtfulness to how this content will be leveraged by stakeholders
Establish ownership over the reporting and analytics content for at least one of AKASAs core products
Take on ad hoc exploratory data analytics requests
Develop a deep understanding of healthcare data and AKASAs core products, ultimately becoming an expert in both
Skills & Qualifications BS in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar
3+ years of analytics, BI engineering, Data Engineering, or similar experience
Strong professional experience in SQL
Professional BI Tooling experience (Tableau/Looker/Quicksight/SuperSet, etc)
Experience building out dashboards that clearly fulfill business needs
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate their needs into reusable data platform assets
A delivery-focused mindset
A passion and excitement about healthcares unique challenges and opportunities
Nice to have Python
Data Warehousing (Amazon Redshift preferably)
DBT
Healthcare Data (Revenue Cycle Management preferably)

Compensation Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 + Equity. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
