Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and the demand spaces within the season to best strategize and recommend programs that deliver growth
Deliver monthly business reports and analyze segment performance leveraging AC Nielsen and SAP sales data.
Continuously analyze brand performance, strategies and tactics versus objectives and competitive activities
Manage a set of sub-brands utilizing all elements of the marketing mix to fulfill approved strategies and tactics
Manage the Christmas and Assorted Pralines product portfolios including new product introduction, SKU rationalization, mix strategies and profit optimization.
Analyze viability and sales/profit potential for new products and drive internal process through cross-functional support to meet required deliverables in a timely manner.
Lead the development of new packaging while briefing and managing agencies/vendors/stakeholders through the development process.
Manage P&Ls and ensure corporate revenue and gross profit targets are met against all initiatives/segments.
Champion brand initiatives and influence action against key strategies across the matrix organization, with continuous engagement with Lindt Chocolate Shops and wholesale customer accounts.
Liaise with other departments, specifically Sales, Logistics and Finance, to ensure marketing programs are relevant, efficient, achievable, and valuable to the organization
Work to ensure brand continuity and compliance with international directives and policies
Manage budget, work within budget parameters and deliver projects on time
Recommend marketing strategies and tactics in support of corporate objectives
Participate in and contribute to the successful operations of Lindt Canada and the marketing team
Qualifications:
University degree preferred
Minimum 3 years cumulative, progressive experience. Experience within the field of CPG marketing is an asset
Strong analytic skills including proficiency with AC Nielsen
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skill, including strong presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to function both independently and as a team member in a busy and dynamic environment
Understanding of marketing fundamentals and standard resources

Rewards Package
The standard hiring range for this role is $79-$98K CAD per annum with a 15% performance-based bonus. The final agreement upon salary may vary based on market location and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
