Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator

• Maintain supply inventory levels for the warehouse and maintain optimal stock to prevent shortages or overstocks
• Process, maintain and track inventory transactions in the ERP system
• Oversee correct transfer of stock into destination warehouse 
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Create and receive purchase orders and negotiate any changes
• Communicate with vendors and warehouse regarding purchase orders and shipments
• Review invoices and match orders with documentation received
• Generate reports and communicate with warehouse and management
• Analyze data and recommend solutions for scheduling

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role such as Administration, Procurement, or Customer Service 
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is considered an asset 
• Previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred 
• Must have a high attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written 
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, must be familiar with creating formulas & spreadsheets
