*Salary:* $60,500–$71,000 annually (based on experience & qualifications)
AnthroMed Education is partnering with a supportive school community in Burbank, IL to welcome a full-time Occupational Therapist to their team. This onsite, school-based role offers a consistent schedule, strong collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ daily functioning and success in the classroom.
Your role will be aligned with your strengths and professional interests, whether that’s working in a structured therapeutic setting or supporting students across multiple school locations. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values your expertise and invests in your growth.
*What You’ll Do*
* Provide direct occupational therapy services to students
* Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
* Support fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional school participation
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary school teams
* Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and school requirements
*Caseload Details*
* Full-time, onsite position
* K–8 or K–12 student populations
* In-person services
* Caseload specifics currently being finalized
* Supportive and collaborative school environment
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License (IDFPR)
* Pediatric or school-based experience preferred (not required)
* Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
