As a Construction Project Manager (M/F/D), you will drive each step with precision and commitment, whether it's expansions or sustainability. On the ground, you are at the heart of the action, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Participate in projects and contribute to offering innovative and functional spaces. You will oversee construction and project management from planning to delivery, respecting requirements, timelines, and budgets, ensuring budget monitoring, and providing clear and relevant reports to your superiors, including proposals and analyses. You will also carry out cost estimations during the preliminary phase, write submission documents, and coordinate internal and external parties to guarantee execution. You will participate in defining project objectives with clients, anticipate risks, make swift decisions, and provide the necessary information to ensure quality and optimization of technical, budgetary proposals, and construction aspects. Education: Completed studies (University/VET, HES, ES) in civil engineering or a related field. Professional experience: 5 years of experience in the construction field with project management and budget monitoring. You are familiar with SIA phases, AEAI, and construction processes, ensuring rigorous and compliant management. You effectively use project management tools (MS Project, Gantt), design software (ArchiCad, Messerli), and office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You can plan, coordinate, and negotiate with various stakeholders while establishing clear and precise reports to maintain an overview.
