WHO YOU ARE:
Reporting to the Marketing Creative Director, the Social Media Manager responsabilties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee & manage the brands social media , including strategizing campaigns, ensuring proper execution.
- Delegating and supporting social day-to-day activies within the team and ongoing tasks and projects.
- Create & publish social media posts.
- Post content on personal social media accounts as part of brand initiative.
- Content optimization for all platforms (UTM tagging for all posts, best times to post, content performance based on type, most engaged, most liked, etc.)
- Oversee all brand-owned social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Oversee execution of Brand Awareness / Traffic Social Ad campaigns in collaboration with Digital Media Team
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all departments and within Marketing department.
- Working closely with e-comm, influencer marketing, styling, visual merchandising & graphics.
- Build yearly, quarterly and monthly strategies for all social media in collaboration with the directors within the Marketing department.
- Create monthly & quarterly reports to share with upper management & identify areas of improvement across all channels.
- This includes KPIs, post-mortems, achievements, wins/loses presented in an efficient manner explaining the story (process, outcome, etc.).
- Provide recommendations to meet our engagement & revenue objectives.
- Manage marketing budget for all social media.
- Manage & develop relationships with external suppliers & partners: continuously looking for new partners to scale & improve the business.
- Work in collaboration with the Brand and Influencer stakeholders to strategize on the social/marketing/web launch plan for each collection.
- Stay on top of new fashion & social media content trends to ensure the brand remains relevant across all channels.
- Keep up to date with new platform updates.
- Ensuring that all content created for Social platforms is brand aligned, meets expectations and delivered in timely fashion.
- Nights and weekends working hours may be required after hours for any social led initiatives.
- Travel as needed.
- Other tasks as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role is required.
- Must be a creative thinker with strong knowledge of market trends and Gen-Z consumers.
- Must have strong Project Management skills.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have knowledge of the following tools: InDesign, Microsoft office, Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of all relevant social media platforms.
- Must be active on social media and maintain personal accounts across multiple platforms.
- Available to travel when needed.
- Must be an excellent communicator and professional in dealing external partners and customers.
- Ability to communicate in French and English. We are a Quebec-based company, but our operations are international.
