Relocate and handle merchandise according to product guidelines. Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Participate in inventory counts as per guidelines. Communicate effectively with peers and management. Provide suggestions for process improvements. Inspect products for quality and safety concerns. Work independently and collaboratively with the team. Operates equipment safely as per job requirements. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and arithmetic skills. High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Able to thrive in both independent and team settings. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift products up to 45 pounds regularly. Frequent movement through various warehouse tasks. Capable of working in different temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments. Eligibility to operate powered industrial equipment safely. ALDI offers
