Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, with a focus on performance management and mentorship.
12+ years of experience in software engineering, including significant technical management, or a PhD with 8 years of experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing managers for 2+ years, along with 5+ years of managing technical teams.
Compensation: Salary range from $219,000 to $301,000 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Industry:
