This role is crucial for protecting and growing our revenue streams while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for our clients within Oracle, championing their needs. Oversee contracts and delivery engagements defined by Oracle Service Support (OSS). Build and nurture strong relationships with senior management across various business sectors and third-party partners. Plan and execute Support activities to guarantee effective delivery within budget constraints. Provide strategic advice on leveraging Oracle support services, products, and systems effectively. Enhance and assure service quality while maintaining accurate account information. Facilitate the renewal of Support contracts and assist in pre-sales initiatives. Communicate engagement opportunities to customers, including technical events and business seminars.
