Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Business Development Location: Great Notley, Essex Salary: £25,000 - 35,000 per annum, pro rata + Commission Job type: Full/Part-time - Permanent. This role is based at our facility in Great Notley, Braintree, Essex. The candidate should live within a 45-minute drive. We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator who sees their future in a Business Development role and thrives in a high integrity sales environment. The successful candidate will help to maintain existing clients, whilst building their own portfolio and playing a key part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must enjoy the opportunity to speak to clients and form relationships, to build trust in Astralis and take enormous pride in representing the business in the most professional manner possible. Role Description: The role will begin as a Sales Coordinator to build experience in ATL systems/reporting/clients/structure. This will include supporting the existing Client Services Team in quotations, scheduling activity at client locations, dealing with queries, completing reports and generally maintaining existing client relationships. As the role develops, you will manage new incoming enquiries as well as developing your own pipeline of prospects, presenting new solutions and services and provide support that will continuously grow client relationships. This may be in the form of creating/prospecting and nurturing your own business or working with senior sales staff to maximise opportunities in an existing client. Main Responsibilities: Complete parcels/reports and activity against defined service level agreements (SLA's) Conduct quarterly reviews with clients, act as a 1st line contact for client queries Handle objections by managing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion Assist the Client Services Team with current workflow Work with the senior sales staff in their activity and support as appropriate Communicate with Existing Clients to ensure satisfaction when services work is arranged/collections are undertaken Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives Update and maintain CRM records to a high standard, ensuring accuracy at all times Develop and nurture your own select group of accounts to fruition Prospect for potential new clients and establish a robust pipeline of opportunities Communicate with potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Perform effective online presentations to key prospectsCandidate Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Excellent administration, communication, organizational and client-facing skills Experience of providing outstanding customer service A confident, professional, and motivated approach A drive to develop into a sales professional, through personal successEducation & Experience Required: Ideally the successful candidate would have at least 2+ years Sales Administration/Business Development experience. ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Excel experience would be very useful.
