Customer Service Representative / Order Management


As a Customer Service Representative, you serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and account managers. In this role, you execute key Lead‑to‑Order and Order‑to‑Cash processes, ensure smooth order handling, and deliver excellent service through proactive communication and cross‑department coordination. You play a crucial part in maintaining accurate master data, ensuring reliable delivery information, and securing a seamless commercial flow for our customers.

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, handling commercial requests and inquiries
  • Coordinate internal cost calculations and pricing to prepare accurate customer quotations
  • Manage order requests, demand information, and delivery schedules to provide reliable order confirmations
  • Maintain accurate customer, material, and pricing master data to support correct quotations and invoicing
  • Monitor delivery timelines and proactively communicate deviations to avoid customer supply issues
  • Support invoice clarification, claims processing, and the creation of debit/credit notes in line with internal procedures

  • Commercial background with experience in customer service or order management
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and intercultural awareness
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office; experience with MS Dynamics is an advantage
  • Organized, self‑reliant, and capable of working under pressure while supporting a team environment
  • Basic technical understanding to address customer and product‑related topics

This position can be based at our Fehring or Leoben location.
