To strengthen the commercial team, Syscom is looking for a proactive Product & Project Manager, willing to work in a dynamic team with international customers from all around the world.
Product & Project Manager
Required profile:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a B2B industrial environment, preferably within an SME.
Engineering background, ideally in electronics, mechatronics, industrial automation, or a related technical field.
Strong technical support capabilities in both hardware and software environments, with sensitivity to the demands of safety-critical industries ( Nuclear Power Plants).
Strong interest in IT and electronics, with the ability to troubleshoot and explain complex technical systems.
Proven product & project management experience with hands-on involvement in project documentation, FAT/SAT procedures, on-site commissioning, and technical training.
Comfortable managing and maintaining technical documentation such as user manuals, release notes, and application notes.
High attention to details, accuracy and quality standards, particularly important for safety-critical and regulated industries (Nuclear Power Plants, LNG).
Experience in after-sales support, including RMA process management and customer follow-up.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a small, multidisciplinary team.
Fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level), with excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10%) for commissioning, technical support, and customer interaction.
