As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves to assemble customer orders. This involves navigating the warehouse efficiently, using order sheets or scanning devices, and ensuring that the correct products and quantities are picked. Careful handling of goods to prevent damage is essential. You will also be responsible for staging picked orders for packing and shipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering strictly to all safety regulations. This role is vital to our ability to deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, is physically fit, and comfortable with repetitive tasks. Experience with order picking equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification may be required), is advantageous. Safety is our top priority, so you will receive thorough training on safe lifting techniques and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders according to order sheets or scanning devices.
- Locate products efficiently within the warehouse.

- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of required PPE.
