As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders with precision, and preparing them for dispatch. You will utilize various warehouse equipment and technology to optimize workflow and maintain high levels of productivity. Our company places a strong emphasis on safety, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming goods.
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely for transit, ensuring quality and protection.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to the efficient functioning of our logistics network.
- Must be comfortable with frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
