As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse maintenance. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all products are handled with care and that our inventory is organized and accessible. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and will be involved in frequent lifting. Adherence to all company policies, especially those related to safety and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Support logistics operations by ensuring timely order processing.
- Regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs is expected.
- Contribute to a positive and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
