You will work closely with warehouse associates and management to optimize stock levels, minimize losses, and improve overall inventory accuracy. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach are critical for success. You will utilize our inventory management software to track stock movements, process receipts, and prepare reports. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills. Experience with inventory systems, RF scanners, and general warehouse operations is highly desirable. Your role will directly contribute to the efficiency and profitability of our company. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the WMS accurately and in a timely manner.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Track and manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) as applicable.
- Generate inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse stockroom.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Support warehouse operations with inventory-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
