Join our vibrant team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a Fulfillment Associate! This exciting role places you at the heart of our e-commerce operations, where you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You'll play a critical part in our logistics process, ensuring customer satisfaction through speed and accuracy. We're looking for proactive individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping and tracking information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and general warehouse area, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
- Meet established performance metrics for picking, packing, and shipping volume and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, including cycle counting and stock replenishment.
- Must be capable of regular Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, or packing is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good manual dexterity and physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
