This role is integral to our e-commerce logistics operations, focusing on ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will handle a variety of tasks, including receiving incoming goods, stocking inventory, picking items for orders, carefully packing them, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items for customer orders using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
