Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks including receiving, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders.
- Ensure accuracy in all aspects of order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Wear and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all freight.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Familiarity with WMS and logistics operations is a plus.
