Seeking motivated Order Pickers for our busy warehouse in Miami, Florida! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or electronic scanning devices. Precision is crucial to guarantee that the correct items and quantities are selected for each order. Following the picking process, you will assist in preparing items for the packing station, contributing to the overall smooth operation of our warehouse. This fast-paced position requires physical stamina and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. Safety is a core value; all employees must strictly adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Expect to engage in tasks involving regular lifting and movement.
