We are seeking highly motivated individuals to accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with efficiency and care. This role is essential to our logistics network, ensuring timely and correct delivery of products to our valued customers. You will navigate the warehouse using order lists and scanning technology, gather items, package them appropriately, and prepare them for shipment. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Conduct quality checks on picked and packed items.
- Maintain organized and clean work stations and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, such as pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to team goals for order accuracy, speed, and overall logistics efficiency.
- Follow all protocols for handling specific product types (e.g., fragile, hazardous).
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Comfortable with frequent manual handling and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and correct PPE usage.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as operational needs dictate.
