We are looking for enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. Your responsibilities will include picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment, all while contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics center. A focus on detail and a proactive approach are key.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory using scanning technology.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct quality checks on orders before they are dispatched.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment goals.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Understand and support the overall logistics workflow.
- Be prepared for occasional tasks involving lifting and manual handling.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
