We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our bustling facility in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our **Logistics** network. Your primary focus will be on supporting the efficient movement and storage of goods, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times. This position requires a proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Your duties will encompass:
- Receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Picking and packing orders with precision and speed.
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Ensuring all warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhering strictly to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
This role involves significant physical activity, including **Lifting** and carrying items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
