Pay Range: $24.35 - $26.85 per hour. Your actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage based on your location. Additional compensation may be available through annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums that vary based on specific conditions. As an Inbound Materials Handler, you will: Adhere to safety standards and identify unsafe practices. Unload merchandise from trailers, containers, and trucks. Match skid or box counts against Proof of Delivery documentation, noting any discrepancies. Organize product placements on or near the dock and document vendor compliance issues. Receive and stock products, manage warehouse transfers, and handle small package shipments. Efficiently place products in various storage locations up to 72 inches high, using powered equipment as necessary. Research and resolve discrepancies, ensuring product inventory is accurate. Support the training of new team members and communicate departmental changes effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills/Education/Experience: Required: Basic computer skills. Ability to successfully complete a company-standardized test. Strong teamwork capabilities. Quick and accurate reading and matching of numerical and alphabetical characters. Desired: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in a warehouse environment, specifically with alphanumeric or RF directed stocking. Familiarity with automotive parts. Advanced computer skills. Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
