*Salary:* $60,000–$70,000 annualized (based on experience & qualifications)
AnthroMed Education is partnering with a supportive school district in the South Holland area to welcome a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work with students across Kindergarten through 12th grade who benefit from intensive, individualized support.
This position is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about working with higher-needs students and values a structured, collaborative environment where your expertise directly supports meaningful student progress.
What You’ll Do
* Provide speech-language therapy services to K–12 students with higher support needs
* Support students with verbal and nonverbal communication, social interaction, and functional communication goals
* Collaborate closely with special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
* Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals aligned with student needs
* Participate in IEP meetings as part of an interdisciplinary team
* Maintain accurate and compliant documentation aligned with school and state requirements
Caseload Details
* K–12 student population
* Higher-needs caseload
* Focus on students with complex communication, social, and sensory regulation needs
* Full-time, onsite role
* Structured, team-based environment with strong collaboration
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)
* Valid Illinois PEL with SLP Endorsement
* Experience working with students with higher support needs preferred
* Strong collaboration, flexibility, and communication skills
