AnthroMed Education is partnering with a welcoming elementary school in Algonquin, IL to hire a full-time Bilingual English/Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This school offers a highly collaborative, student-centered environment where bilingual expertise is essential to supporting equitable access to high-quality speech and language services.
This role is thoughtfully designed for an SLP who is passionate about culturally and linguistically responsive practice and eager to make a meaningful impact with diverse learners. You’ll be supported by a team that values your voice, your skills, and your professional growth.
*What You’ll Do*
* Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) speech-language therapy services to K–5 students
* Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Write, implement, and support IEPs; participate in IEP meetings
* Collaborate with general education, special education teams, families, and interpreters as needed
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with school and state requirements
* Utilize culturally and linguistically responsive therapy practices
*Caseload Details*
* One elementary school site
* K–5 student population
* Full-time, 35 hours per week
* Support both general education and special education student needs
*Qualifications*
* Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)
* Valid Illinois PEL with SLP Endorsement
* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
* School-based experience preferred (not required)
