About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis!
In this exciting role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a vital part in leading a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift. At the heart of our values is the mission to make our guests smile, and you’ll ensure this happens consistently by keeping our guests at the center of all operational decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team for exceptional service.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

Key qualifications include:

• A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience managing margins and controlling costs, along with a strong focus on health, safety, and hygiene.
