Associate Dentist – Part-Time/Full-Time.

About the Practice: We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and is dedicated to clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a full range of general dentistry procedures, including examinations, restorations, extractions, endodontics, and crowns.
  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental software.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences.
  • Adhere to all provincial regulations, infection control protocols, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensing) to practice dentistry in Alberta.
  • Strong clinical skills in all aspects of general dentistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time.
  • Expected Hours: 16–24 hours per week.
  • Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 annually (commensurate with experience and schedule).
