• Passionate and ambitious, with a goal to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• Resourceful and commercially minded, with strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Organized with keen attention to detail, able to prioritize your workload effectively.

• BA in Childhood Practice or willing to work towards it (as required by the SSSC).
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
