Location: Minsterley
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (6-6 days & nights)
Salary: £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x
Signing Bonus: £5,000 (Payable after passing probation)

Müller Yogurt & Desserts is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer, home to beloved brands like Müllerlight , Müller Corner , and Müller Rice . We produce chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International and supply the UK private label yogurt market from our state-of-the-art facility.

We’re seeking highly skilled Engineers, known internally as Unit Maintenance Technicians , to join our Minsterley Dairy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting reactive maintenance
• Executing planned maintenance activities as needed

As an Engineering Technician, you should possess:

• Experience in a multi-skilled department maintaining fast-moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environments
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing, production, and process settings
• Apprentice training with proven experience on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs
• Strong knowledge in filling and process technology
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Good understanding of preventative maintenance techniques
• Team-building skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
