Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per Week

We are on the hunt for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Market Drayton manufacturing site. As a vital member of the Senior Management Team, you will drive operational excellence, achieve strategic goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will:

• Lead Shift Leaders and operational teams to achieve outstanding daily performance.
• Uphold high standards in Health & Safety, Quality, Food Safety, and compliance.
• Manage training, capability development, and operator competency.
• Monitor KPIs, identify issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the delivery of the Müller Production System.

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with production processes; food/dairy experience is a plus.
• Degree-level education (or equivalent).
