We are looking for energetic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role is foundational to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping items. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions precisely. You will be expected to handle materials of varying sizes and weights, requiring regular manual Lifting. Understanding our Logistics process will help you excel in this role. We provide a supportive work environment and ensure all necessary PPE is available and mandatory for use. Your contribution is vital to our success in meeting customer demands efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Perform manual Lifting and material handling tasks.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Utilize required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent manual Lifting.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Logistics processes is a plus.
