We are seeking diligent Warehouse Workers to join our Seattle, Washington facility. This role is essential to our logistics operations, involving the handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount. This includes strict adherence to all safety protocols, the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safe lifting practices. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting. You'll collaborate with a team to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain. We encourage proactive communication and a commitment to high standards. Your role ensures our products are managed effectively throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming freight.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack products securely for transit, ensuring no damage.
- Process and ship outgoing orders efficiently.
- Sort and place received items into correct inventory locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and reporting.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the use of PPE.
- Practice safe lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and hazard-free.
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment if trained and certified.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and safety standards.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team setting.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
