We are seeking dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to efficiently manage inventory and fulfill orders.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
